PORTS & OPERATIONS
Operational Capacity
NKSLL’s capacity planning focuses on realistic, sustainable throughput rather than headline numbers. The figures below reflect typical supported volumes under steady-state conditions across our current network, including container, bulk and general cargo flows.
Through a combination of owned and partnered resources, NKSLL can support regular feeder calls, coastal movements and project shipments at Bangladesh ports and connected hubs. Operational capacity is reviewed frequently to match seasonal demand and vessel schedules.
The actual allocation given to each customer or trade lane will depend on confirmed volume, contract terms and slot availability at the time of booking.
What this capacity means for shippers:
- More predictable space availability on key Bangladesh–hub corridors.
- Better planning for seasonal peaks in garments, agro and project cargo.
- Flexibility to mix container, break-bulk and bulk options within the network.
- Room to accommodate growth commitments for long-term customers.
